BIP is mainly addressed to universities, education agencies and companies : from time to time placement office managers , hr managers and researchers are involved.

The Virtual fair is the only event open to the general public : the aim is to create an opportunity for recruiters to meet the graduates and final year students.

All the BIP events are ideated in order to overcome the traditional concept of mediation and to promote the direct contact between training/education and companies and between companies and potential candidates.

In addition, the BIP project is addressed to national and local institutions and services agencies interested in getting in touch with high education agencies and companies.
